MRI VOGNE
Series of graphic works 2014-2020
The series “Mri Vogne” tells the story of a world in critical condition. My author's ontology introduces the viewer into a mysterious territory where paintings serve as maps of this world. Psychoanalysis allows us to look at this territory from a unique perspective, allowing us to discover what remains hidden even from myself.
I presented the series at the Omelchenko Gallery as part of the project of the finalists of the UNTITLED PRIZE competition for young artists.
The exhibition I curated, Territory, explores the theme of identity through the lens of everyday life. The finalists of the competition, Valentin Shunkov and Anna Vishnevskaya, invite the viewer to compare maps of their inner world with the real territory of life.
